Poudre Sports Car Enterprises was founded in 1972 by Stephen Schroeder, who headed west after growing up in the automotive hotbed of Long Island. After working on all of the well known sports cars of the era, Stephen wanted to start his own business working on the same cars, and fell in love with Northern Colorado. He Opened Poudre Sports Car on the North End of Fort Collins that same year, and has been the sole owner of the Business since. Stephen can still be found repairing the cars he loves (and a few that he doesn't) at Poudre Sports Car on a daily basis. While the business has grown since the 1970s, Poudre Sports Car still believes in the foundation that made it the premier high end repair and sales facility in Northern Colorado. At Poudre Sports Car, we are honored to be one of the Local shops providing Tech Inspections for PCA, NASA, BMW Club, and SCCA track events. These inspections are free to all, first come first served, and occur at 5:30PM the Wednesday 10 Days prior to the event.
